RETURN

Please notify us of your intention to return unused items by emailing info@lateliermedusa.com in order to receive your returns authorization and instructions. Once you have received our confirmation to return your order, you can send it back. Your order will need to arrive back within 14 days of receipt. Please note that any costs made for returning the goods will be paid by the customer.

Kindly ensure to return your item in the original packaging, returns may not be accepted if the item has been soiled or damaged in any way.

We recommend returning your parcel using “track and trace”, allowing you to trace your parcel and preventing possible disputes between sender and receiver. Costs and risks of returned or exchanged articles are with the customer. After receiving your returned article we will refund the purchase price into your bank account within 7 days.
